NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 5, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2022 CA 005125 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and MARINO A. PENA; HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE OF SARASOTA, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA KIM KASICA are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on August 9, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
UNIT 2621-C, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1368, PAGE 1482 THROUGH 1546, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 16, 16A THROUGH 16H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
