BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE TAMIAMI TRAIL (66 FEET WIDE) AND THE NORTH LINE OF PALMETTO ROAD (SAID NORTH LINE AS SHOWN ON THE CORRECTED PLAT OF BAY POINT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING 53.7 FEET WIDE); THENCE DUE WEST ALONG SAID PALMETTO ROAD 510 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 100 FEET THENCE NORTH 150 FEET; THENCE EAST 100 FEET; SOUTH 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND BEING LOCATED IN SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on De Cubas & Lewis, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is PO BOX 5026, CORAL SPRINGS, FL 33310 on or before August 21, 2023, a date at least thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the (Please publish in BUSINESS OBSERVER) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
