NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2023, and entered in 2023-CC-71848 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MAC-BRH, Inc. is the Plaintiff and RE 710, LLC, is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on August 15, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5 in Block 8, RIVER CROSSING ESTATES PHASE 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 44, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 4636 River Overlook Dr., Valrico, FL. 33596 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
