NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-005693 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Juan C. Zavala a/k/a Juan Zavala a/k/a Ron Zavala are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 15, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF PLANT CITY IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 11/05/1997 AND RECORDED 11/13/1997 IN BOOK 8792 PAGE 957 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 5, BLOCK 3, DORENE TERRACE UNIT 3, PLAT BOOK 44, PLAT PAGE 97, RECORDED DATE 12/14/1972.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
