Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Polk County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, HOFFMAN CIRCLE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.polk. realforeclose.com , at 10:00 a.m. on August 28, ,2023.
