SPARK; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 30, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
