NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022CA001730CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Land Home Financial Services, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Kesha Wachtler a/k/a Kesha A. Wachtler a/k/a Kesha Astin Wachtler; Unknown Spouse of Kesha Wachtler a/k/a Kesha A. Wachtler a/k/a Kesha Astin Wachtler; Forrest Meredith a/k/a Forrest G. Meredith; Unknown Spouse of Forrest Meredith a/k/a Forrest G. Meredith; Magnolia Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union fka Macdill Federal Credit Union are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 121, MAGNOLIA ESTATES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
