NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2023, and entered in 2021-CA-006741-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-D is the Plaintiff and JANET MARIE BUFORD-JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET MARIE BUFORD-JOHNSON are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 23, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
