NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22001049CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Thea Romano a/k/a Thea Rose Romano a/k/a Thea Puglia are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE. COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on September 6, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
