NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2023, and entered in Case No. 41-2021-CA-002980 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Indenture trustee for CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-A, is the Plaintiff and Linda M. Townsend, Capital One Bank (USA), NA, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the August 17, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 100, GREGORY ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 276, PAGE 269 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
