BEING THE SAME PREMISES GRANTED AND CONVEYED TO KATHLEEN T. BROWN, A WIDOW AND JOAN M. BROWN, A SINGLE WOMAN, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH THE RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, BY DEED FROM WILLIAM J. SAVAGE AND FRANCES J. SAVAGE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, DATED 02/08/1972 AND RECORDED 02/09/1972 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN DEED BOOK VOLUME AND PAGE 949/171.
