Mobile home on said premises identified as VIN #FLFLH32A09644BF and Decal # 03793330, Plate Type, Recreational Vehicle, Model Year 1988, Body Style HS, Primary Color Mauve.
With an address of 231 Wolverine Avenue, North Port, FL 34287
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief regarding the termination of a ninety-nine (99) year leasehold interest and money damages has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, HARBOR COVE RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER SARASOTA EDITION.
