NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 07/18/2023, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-006136 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST M, is the Plaintiff and SHANE MICHAEL KARALEWITZ; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ANY OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WILLIAM VINCENT KARALEWITZ (deceased); CITY OF CAPE CORAL; SHANE MICHAEL KARALEWITZ AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM VINCENT KARALEWITZ, is/are Defendant(s), Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.lee. realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 a.m. on August 23, 2023 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17, 18 AND 19, BLOCK 517, CAPE CORAL UNIT 13, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 56 THROUGH 60, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
