NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July 2023, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-011633, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and VIC K. ULLMER UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIC K. ULLMER UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of December 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 1, APOLLO BEACH -UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
