NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of July 2023, in Case No. 22-CA-004138, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JACKIE L. BURNS A/K/A JACKIE BURNS; CRAIG MICHAEL STOKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG MICHAEL STOKER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A; CITY OF TAMPA; FIRST-CITIZENS BANK & TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH HOMEBANC, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of August 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
