NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 203, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, and all amendments thereto, of ISLAND TOWERS UNIT I, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4084, Pages 1235-1283, inclusive, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 68-72, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 300 Woodette Drive, #203, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 17, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
