CITY OF DUNEDIN Consulting Services for the Dunedin Marina and Associated Public Facilities Master Plan RFP #23-1240
The City of Dunedin, Florida, is soliciting proposals/submittals from firms (the “Consultant”) qualified to provide professional consulting services required to develop a Master Plan for the Dunedin Marina and associated public facilities. The Master Plan shall evaluate the condition and life-expectancy of the current facilities, obtain feedback from staff, stakeholder groups, and the general public on the desired amenities, and present various options for future facilities, layouts, amenities and services. The Marina Master Plan shall be compliant with all State, County, City and all other code/legal requirements. The selected Consultant will also be responsible for providing detailed and reasonable estimates of probable construction costs for each element of the Master Plan.

Proposals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any packets received after that time and date may not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
