Bids will be received electronically, thru OpenGov, until Step 1: August 22, 2023 @ 3:00 PM EST and Step 2: September 7, 2023 @ 3:00 PM EST and will then and there be opened via electronic lockbox, at the same time and visible to vendors and the public, for the following:

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Awards of bids for construction services with an engineering estimate in excess of $100,000.00 will be made to bidders who have successfully provided all additional requested documentation from the invitation to bid in the amount that equals or exceeds their bid prior to a bid opening will be considered. There is no FDOT prequalification for this invitation to bid.
