YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, with regard to the quieting of title to certain real property located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 81, BLUE SKY'S MOBILE HOME ESTATES, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1575, Pages 2295 through 2322, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on
PETER HUY, attorney for plaintiff, whose address is: HUY JACOB P.A., 6050 Collier Boulevard, Suite 132, Naples, Florida 34114. Your defenses need to be filed within 30 days after first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court before service on the plaintiff or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
