Unit No. 201, Building 10 of CROWN POINTE SHORES II (the “Condominium”), a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof (the “Declaration”) recorded in Official Records Book 2318, Pages 2600 through 2672A inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with the exclusive right to use the limited common elements and the undivided share of the common elements of the Condominium, declared in the Declaration to be appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows:
