NOTICE is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 30, 2023 and a subsequent Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Mach 21, 2023, in Case No. 2018-CA-11666-O of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida in which DRIRITE USA, INC. is the Plaintiff and PROSPERITAS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY is the Defendant, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale on June 22, 2023 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 1 AND LOT 2 OF MECHTRON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 119 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA (Parcel Id no. 27-22-29-5573-01-000) (2140 W Washington St., Orlando, Florida 32805)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
