NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2021 CA 005199 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Robert Petsinger aka Robert G. Petsinger, Caroline A. Petsinger, Stoneybrook At Venice Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the June 22, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1036, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
