LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 7, MANOR HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 8711 North Ashley Street, Tampa, FL 33604.
