NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on May 19, 2023 in Civil Case No. 21-CA-007302, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LOANCARE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JAMES E. KEENER; LINA KEENER; DISCOVER BANK; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 20, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN 273.89 FEET WEST AND 30 FEET SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF AFORESAID NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 AND RUN SOUTH 230.00 FEET THENCE WEST 180 FEET; THENCE NORTH 230 FEET; THENCE EAST 180 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH A 25 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 2580, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
