NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 22, 2023, and entered in Case No. 362022CA003232A001CH of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BETTY M. TIBBOLES A/K/A BETTY MAE TIBBOLES A/K/A BETTY MAE TIBBOLES-SPALDING, DECEASED; ARTHUR BURNETT GOSS A/K/A ARTHUR B. GOSS; GLENN B. GOSS, SR. A/K/A GLENN BRIAN GOSS A/K/A GLENN B. UNIT NO. 24 OF THE CARLETON HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM IN BARKELEY SQUARE ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 947 AT PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OF AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACE NO. 4 AS THE SAME IS DESIGNATED ON SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
