YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Verified Amended Complaint For Quiet Title, relating to certain real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
A 0.15 foot (more or less) wide strip of land being described as follows:
Lot 9, Block 2, LESS the South 64 feet thereof, also LESS the North 60 feet of said Lot 9 together with Lot 10, Block 2, LESS the South 64 feet thereof, also LESS the North 60 feet of said Lot 10 and also LESS the West 20 feet of the aforesaid portion of Lot 10, for street purposes, LAKE PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 50, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
