NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 08, 2023, and entered in 22-004493-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and LINDSEY SANTOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDSEY SANTOS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 06, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK F, ARCADIAN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
