NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 3, 2023 in Civil Case No. 19-002412-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE T. WAKELAND; NANCY S WAKELAND; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 11, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND 11, OF KARL'S SPRINGFIELD PARK, ACCORDINGTO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDS IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 78, OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
