Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-000173 of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and James T. Miley are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Tom Bexley, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT https://flagler.realforeclose.com/, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 30, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 41, OF PALM COAST, MAP OF WYNNFIELD, SECTION 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 25-30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
