Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Polk County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Polk

SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY, AND TAXES SUBSEQUENT TO DECEMBER 31, 2002
