NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the property described below will be sold pursuant the Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2023, in the above-styled cause, in the manner provided by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, and as follows:
a. A description of the property being sold, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 17 OF LONG LAKE RANCH VILLAGE 6 PARCEL A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT: thereof recorded in Plat Book 71, pages 78 through 81, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

b. Time and place of sale: July 6, 2023, to the highest bidder for cash, at the courthouse located at Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center, 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, Florida, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www. pasco.realforeclose.com.
c. The sale will be made pursuant to the Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 31, 2023.
d. The caption of this action is: All Credit Considered Mortgage, Inc. v. Pamela Felecia Mitchell and Long Lake Ranch Master Association, Inc., Pasco County Case No. 2020-CA-1832-WS.
e. The name of the clerk making the sale: Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of the Circuit Court.
f. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
