NOTICE OF HEARINGS FOR
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN
MAJOR DEVELOPMENT SITE PLAN
AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WINDERMERE DOWNTOWN PROPERTY -
The Town of Windermere, Florida, received an application and plans from Windermere Downtown Properties, LLC, owner of 2.17 acres at the northeast corner of Main Street and E 6th Avenue, comprised of the following addressed properties: 527 Main Street, 517 Main Street, 119 E 6th Avenue, 516 Oakdale Street, 522 Oakdale Street, and unaddressed property on E 5th Avenue, for the approval of a Planned Unit Development Final Plan and Major Development Site Plan for a proposed 19,750 square feet new commercial, office, restaurant in two buildings and related site improvements. The application and plans are currently under review by the Town. Pursuant to the Town's Land Development Code, the Town's Development Review Board (DRB) will review and provide a recommendation on the application and plans at their meeting on June 20, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited to participate and provide comments during the DRB meeting.
After the DRB provides a recommendation, the Town Council will hold public hearings on July 11, 2023, and August 8, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be considered) to consider approval and take final action on the proposed Planned Unit Development Final Plan, Major Development Site Plan, and Development Agreement. The public is invited to participate and provide comments during the Town Council public hearings.
Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Planned Unit Development Final Plan, Major Development Site Plan, and Development Agreement.
The Development Review Board and Town Council hearings will be held at Town Hall located at 520 Main Street, Windermere, FL 34786. .

Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in this proceeding should contact the Town Clerk at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Persons are advised, pursuant to Section 286.0105 of the Florida Statutes, that, if they decide to appeal any decision made by the Town Council at this public hearing, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record should include testimony and evidence upon which an appeal is based.
