NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019-CA-001928-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff and MARIA A.DIAZ, et. al., are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 1st day of August, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 14, WHISPER LAKES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
