at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com , at 11:00 A.M. on July 13, 2023.
T he highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
