AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOANNE BRAINARD A/K/A JOANNE KENTFIELD BRAINARD, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 5th day of July, 2023, the following described property:
