NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004458 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Limosa, LLC is the Plaintiff and Sandra Smith; Bank of America, NA; Sarasota County, Florida ; Unknown Tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 74 FEET OF LOT 9, AND THE WEST 7.5 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK D, HARBOR OAKS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 170, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
