YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Summary Administration and Petition for Determination of Homestead Status of Real Property pursuant to Florida Statute §735.203 and §732.401 has been filed in this court. This action involves real property in Palm Beach County, Florida (the “Property”) more particularly described as:

This action was instituted in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, and is styled In Re Estate of Annie Ruth Martin.
