NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2023, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-001481 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2017-1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against the Estate of Sandra McCray, deceased, City of Tampa, Florida, Progressive Express Insurance Company a/s/o Owen Johnson, Sabrina Michelle Coleman a/k/a Sabrina Coleman, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, United States of America, Department of Treasury, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Cedric Cotton, Walter J. Jones , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the June 27, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
