NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 2, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-004029 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Lee, County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RELIANT TRUST, SERIES HPP, is the Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROBERT M. MATOVCIK, DECEASED; DONNA LEE MATOVCIK; GLENN R. MATOVCIK; GLENN R. MATOVCIK AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT R. MATOVCIK, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on July 19, 2023, at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50, 51 AND 52, BLOCK 574, UNIT 12, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 49 THROUGH 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 3405 SE 16TH PL., CAPE CORAL, FL 33904
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
