NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2021-CA-005648 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Clayton T. Joy a/k/a Clayton Thomas Joy, Villas on Point Brittany Condominium Association, Inc., United States of America, Department of the Treasury, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Daniel Jones, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the June 27, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 102, BUILDING A, AS SHOWN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLAS ON POINT BRITTANNY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 64 THROUGH 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 19, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5124, PAGES 779 THROUGH 854 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5715, PAGE 442, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5798, PAGE 1333, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6068, PAGE 867, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
