NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 26, 2023 in Civil Case No. 21-001729-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N.A., IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY DEAN WITTER CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2002-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-HE1 is the Plaintiff, and KATHRYN M. GENHOLD; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS, II, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF PROVIDIAN NATIONAL BANK; JUNGLE TERRACE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 12, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 15, JUNGLE TERRACE, SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
