NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 303 in Cooperative Apartment Building located on Lots 4 and 5, Block 12, Revised map of City of St. Petersburg, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 49, Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida, of which county, Pinellas County was formerly a part.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 29, 2023
