Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an Environmental Resource Permit Application #870358 from Orlando Health, Inc. for the project located at 750 5th Avenue South in St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Proposed Activity: Site work associated with the construction of a parking garage, 9,326 SF imaging center, 1,105 SF office space, 138,000 SF Medical Pavilion, and a 59,298 SF Women's Center. Project Name: Institute Square. Project Size: 3.86 acres. Project Location: S19, T31S, R19E in Pinellas County. Outstanding Florida Water: No. Aquatic Preserve: No. The application is set to be a new application for a stormwater management system. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Tampa District Office located at 7601 Highway 301 North, Tampa, FL 33637-6759. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
