NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated May 11, 2023, and entered in Case Number: 2022-CA-003622, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKE TRACY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ANGEL AGUSTIN QUINONES, individually; NAHIR ANGELES QUINONES, individually; AQUA FINANCE, INC., and MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC., are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 31st day of July, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
