Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final summary judgment of foreclosure dated June 9, 2023, in case number 53-2022CA-002090-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WAUCHULA STATE BANK is Plaintiff, and DAVENPORT SENIOR LIVING II LLC, a Florida limited liability company, ISHA & MAHI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, JITENDRA HASHMUKHBHAI PATEL, CHIRAG PATEL, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of July, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Tract 7 in the NW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 27 South, Range 27 East, FLORIDA DEVELOPMENT CO. TRACT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 60, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, Less Road Right of Way
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
