NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2023, and entered in 11-2021-CA-002412-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDWARD O. JESSUP, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; BRIAN EDWARD JESSUP; MICHAEL EDWARD JESSUP; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; KENDALL MARIE PIETT are the Defendant(s).
