Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed on or about the 5th day of June, 2023, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FLEET HOMES INCORPORATED is the Plaintiff and NATHAN ENGEL is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on August 28, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
