NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 1, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA003907AX in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CWABS ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES TRUST 2004-5, Plaintiff and EDMUND R. DANZIG; DIANA M. DANZIG; INLAND ASSETS, LLC , A NEW MEXICO LLC, AS TRUSTEE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ADAM SMITH; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE, INC. ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on July 12, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
