NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on May 19, 2023 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-006795, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2019-4 C/O CITIBANK, N.A. AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF NRMLT 2019-4 is the Plaintiff, and STANLEY WOYCHOWSKI is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on July 19, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK D, RIVERBEND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 157 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
