NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 20-CA-007177 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Bayview Financial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-D is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Dennis Carr a/k/a Dennis R. Carr a/k/a Dennis Raymond Carr, Deceased; Adel Buckley a/k/a Adele Carr; Bryan F.
Carr a/k/a Brian F. Carr; Donald Carr, Jr.; Edwin Carr, Jr.; William Carr, Jr.; Patricia Carr; Paul Carr; Stephen Carr; Charles Trapp a/k/a Charles F. Trapp a/k/a Chip Trapp; Branda Christopher;

LOT 11, BLOCK U, RIVERBEND MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
